Systems we build and run
Beyond the featured delivery, these are the systems STAIx is building — some already operating for the institutions that commissioned them, one open source. Screens are shown signed out.
- Programme operationsIn operation
KOICA-TIU Flow
Runs the KOICA Uzbekistan AI talent programme end to end: bilateral request and approval tracking, budgets from planning through revision, execution and settlement, PDM performance, trips, events, and KOICA reports drafted from the system’s own records. Web and Telegram.

- Learning operationsIn operation
KOICA-TIU Academic Console
Azure credit monitoring, hackathon team quotas and tutor oversight for the same programme, plus an AI-900 preparation hub — practice questions, keyword drills, a wrong-answer notebook on spaced repetition, and mock exams. Telegram sign-in, English and Uzbek.

- Research operationsProduction
CHU RMS
Research management for Cheju Halla University’s ANCHOR R&D portfolio: versioned budgets reconciled against financial events, student stipend schedules, an agreement register with immutable amendments, Co-Lab facility reservations, and audited exports.

- Desktop appIn development
Maru
A local-first AI workspace for Korean knowledge and document work. Edits markdown with byte-identical frontmatter, ingests an inbox, runs bundled agent skills, drives HWPX/DOCX/PDF export pipelines, and renders the workspace as a knowledge graph. Tauri, Rust and React.

- Open sourcev0.2.0 · MIT OR Apache-2.0
hwp-cli
A clean-room Rust toolkit that reads, converts, renders and writes HWP 5.0 and HWPX with no Hancom or COM dependency — so Korean official-document processing runs on Linux, macOS and CI. Renders to PNG, SVG and PDF.
